Online Furniture Auction Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

   1.1. These terms and conditions govern the online auction of furniture items (hereinafter referred to as "Items") on Impulse Imports Ltd

   1.2. By participating in this auction, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Auction Process

   2.1. All Items are sold on an "as-is" basis. The seller makes no warranties or guarantees regarding the condition of the Items.

   2.2. The seller reserves the right to set a reserve price for each Item, below which the Item will not be sold.

   2.3. Bidding increments are determined by the seller and may be adjusted at their discretion.

3. Registration and Bidding

   3.1. To participate in the auction, bidders must register on the Website and provide accurate and complete information.

   3.2. The seller reserves the right to reject any registration.

   3.3. Bidders are responsible for all bids made using their account.

4. Winning Bid and Payment

   4.1. The highest bid at the close of the auction shall be the winning bid.

   4.2. The winning bidder shall be required to make payment within 7 days of the auction's conclusion.

   4.3. Failure to make payment within the specified timeframe may result in the bidder's account being suspended or terminated.

5. Delivery and Collection

   5.1. The buyer is responsible for arranging and covering the cost of the delivery or collection of the Item, unless otherwise agreed upon with the seller.

   5.2. The seller shall not be liable for any damage or loss during transit or collection.

6. Reserve Price

   6.1. The seller may choose to disclose or keep the reserve price confidential.

   6.2. If the reserve price is not met, the seller has the right to withdraw the Item from the auction.

7. Seller's Right to Withdraw

   7.1. The seller reserves the right to withdraw an Item from the auction at any time before the auction's conclusion, without liability to any bidder.

8. Dispute Resolution

   8.1. In the event of a dispute between the seller and a bidder, the parties shall attempt to resolve the dispute amicably.

9. Limitation of Liability

   9.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the seller shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of the Platform or the auction.

10. Modification of Terms

    10.1. The seller reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, and such changes shall be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform.
